Title: Operations Assistant
Department: Book
Job Summary:
Work with R&H customers by taking and processing orders, tracking shipments, and answering questions on product. Assist in implementation of the BookMaster software program, including writing procedures and workflow processes for the Book Division.
Education and Experience:
Prior customer service and data entry experience is preferred.
Knowledge and Abilities:
Must be self-motivated, creative and technically competent with an above average knowledge of programs such as Excel, Word and miscellaneous graphics software. A knowledge of the book division products and processes is extremely important with a familiarity with customers and product pricing a plus. Must have the ability to work with constant interruptions and have above average writing and grammar skills.

Title: Web Marketer

Job Summary:
Responsible for creating, maintaining, and strengthening the web presence for R&H through the sites owned by the Book Division.
Education and Experience:
An undergraduate degree in information technology or marketing is preferred with experience with web development, implementation and sales a plus.
Knowledge and Abilities:
Experience with web-based Content Management Systems, CSS, HTML, Macomedia Flash, Adobe CS, and Microsoft Office is preferred. Must have good attention to detail and good command of the English language. Must be a team player and take direction as needed.
