Ads with bleed need to extend from trim size by 1/4 inch.
File Requirements
Ads arriving on disk should be saved as Adobe Illustrator compatible eps (with fonts saved as outlines) or as a tiff file with a resolution of at least 300 dpi (600 dpi is preferred to maintain quality of type). All files must be saved as CMYK color or gray scale. A Laser proof should be provided to insure accuracy of final printing.
Media Requirements and How to send files
CD's are acceptable. We can receive files up to 6 MB in size via email (gblumenberg@rhpa.org ). Larger files can be uploaded to our FTP ( ftp://review:review@shared.rhpa.org ). In the case of FTP, please locate the files in the "Advertising" folder and send an email to gblumenberg@rhpa.org noting the file name and where it has been placed.
